Most of your pricing mistakes are priced too low.

PriceRoom checks every competitor price in your catalogue, every night, then tells you which prices to move and by how much.

Three numbers you don't have this morning

Not because your team is careless. Because nobody can check five thousand prices across nine competitors by hand, so it does not get checked, and everyone quietly agrees not to mention it.

Question 01

How many of your items are cheaper than every single competitor?

You are winning those orders and paying for the privilege. Each one is a price you could raise tomorrow without losing a sale.

Question 02

How many are above the market by more than a customer will forgive?

Those are the ones quietly not converting. You will meet them six weeks from now in a sales report, described as soft demand.

Question 03

When was each of those prices last checked against reality?

For most catalogues the honest answer is: the last time somebody had a free afternoon.

Your arithmetic

What is this costing you?

€37,500

a year in gross margin you are not charging for.

A price increase carries no extra cost of goods. Every euro of this is margin, straight to the bottom line.

Your numbers, your arithmetic. We have not put an industry benchmark in here. Finding your real figure is what the call is for.

What actually changes

Six things that change. Under each one is how it works, for whoever on your team asks.

Outcome 01

You raise prices you'd never have dared raise.

Every morning: here is where you are the cheapest on the market, sorted by how much room you have. You approve the ones you want. The rest stay exactly where they are.

HowMatching resolves the same item across sources that describe it five different ways: identifier, then brand and title, then image, then meaning. Every match carries a confidence score you can see and overrule.

Outcome 02

You find out the same day, not on Thursday.

When a competitor drops a price on something that matters to you, you hear about it while you can still do something. Not in next month’s report.

HowRules with AND/OR conditions, delivered by email, in-app or webhook, with a per-rule cooldown so nobody is paged twice for the same move.

Outcome 03

Nothing moves without you.

The fear with automated pricing is a rule you wrote at 5pm on Friday doing something expensive overnight. So no rule goes live until you have watched what it would have done.

HowSimulate any rule against the last 30 days before enabling it. Every recommendation waits in an approval queue. If you never want it touching a live price, it never does.

Outcome 04

You stop paying a markup on AI.

You bring your own Claude, Gemini or OpenAI key and pay them directly, at their price. We never mark up a token and we never see your key in plaintext. Cancel us and your AI keeps working. It was always yours.

HowKeys are envelope-encrypted per workspace, never logged, rotatable any time, with ordered failover between providers.

Outcome 05

The compliance review ends in one sentence.

Your supplier terms, your margin floors and your buying prices never leave your network. Whether the question is GDPR in Munich, PDPL in Riyadh or a procurement security review in Ohio, the answer is the same: the data stayed with you.

HowHosted in Frankfurt, Dubai or Virginia, or shipped as a Helm chart into your own VPC. Your region, your retention policy, your backups, your SLA.

Outcome 06

Every price change has a paper trail.

In March somebody will ask why a price moved. You will have the answer in eight seconds: who, which rule, and what the competitor price was at that exact moment.

HowA full workflow log of every scrape, rule evaluation and mutation. Filterable, exportable, live.

The hard part is different in every industry

Comparing prices is easy. Deciding that two listings are the same thing is not, and what makes it hard changes completely from one category to the next. Here is what we key on in yours.

10 industries

Unit of comparisonone room, one night
What breaks naive matching

The same room is a different product on a different date. Rate plan, board basis, cancellation terms and occupancy all move the price, and a non-refundable room-only rate is not comparable to a flexible half-board one, even in the same hotel.

room typestay daterate planboard basiscancellationoccupancy

Your category is not in that list? It very likely still works. Matching is driven by whatever attributes your catalogue actually carries. You define them, we key on them. See every industry we cover

You sell online

Thousands of items across the marketplaces that move your category: Amazon and Otto in Germany, Noon and Amazon.ae in the Gulf, Amazon and Walmart in the States. Consent banners, in-region proxies and anti-bot are our problem, not yours.

You are enterprise or regulated

It runs inside your VPC. We never hold your catalogue, so there is nothing for us to lose or leak. Full audit log, role-based access, SSO.

You are an agency

Every client gets a portal with your logo, your colours and your subdomain. You bill for the insight; we stay invisible.

What the first two weeks look like

Step 01

We import your catalogue

CSV, XML feed, or straight from your system’s API. You do not clean anything first. Messy is what we expect.

Step 02

You confirm the matches

We find your competitors’ equivalent items and show you the confidence on each. Nothing is guessed silently, and a correction sticks.

Step 03

Rules go live

Simulated against 30 days of history first. Then you get the alert, and we keep the homework.

Services

If it does not fit your systems, we build the part that does.

Most price intelligence is take it or leave it. We also do the integration work: a connector to your ERP or shop system, an importer for a feed format nobody else reads, a report your buyers will actually open. Scoped and quoted on the call, by the people who would build it.

Tell us what you need integrated

When not to pick us

Four situations where another tool is the better answer. We would rather lose the deal now than in month three.

Marketplace repricing

You need repricing pushed straight into Amazon Seller Central. Buy Omnia. That is their job and they are good at it.

A small catalogue

You track thirty items. A spreadsheet is genuinely fine, and we will say so on the call rather than sell you something.

Cheapest tool

You are choosing on licence cost alone. We will not be the cheapest quote. You pay per product, per competitor and per seat, so the bill grows with everything you track.

Live this week

You need it running in days and your IT team is busy. Take the hosted version. The on-premises deployment is not a weekend job and we will not pretend otherwise.

The questions everyone asks on the call

Six answers, so the call can start at question seven.

Is this legal where we operate?

We read prices that are publicly displayed to any shopper. We respect robots.txt, rate-limit per site, pass no login walls and touch no personal data, so the answer holds in the EU, the Gulf and the United States alike. If a site asks us not to read them, we do not.

What if the matching gets it wrong?

Every match arrives with a confidence score and waits in a queue until a person confirms it. Correct it once and it stays corrected. Nothing is quietly guessed.

What happens to our data if we leave?

Export the lot as CSV or through the REST API, whenever you want, without asking us. If you run it on your own premises, we never had it in the first place.

We already have someone checking prices.

Ask them two questions: how many items, and how often. The usual honest answer is the top two hundred, most weeks. The margin is in the other four thousand eight hundred.

We tried a tool like this and the matching was rubbish.

Bring the items it failed on. We will run them live on the call and you can watch. If we do no better, you have lost half an hour and learned something.

What does it cost?

Per item tracked, per source scraped, per rule enabled, per seat. No packaged tiers full of things you will never touch. You will have a real number by the end of the call.

Honest pricing. Pay for what you use.

Per item · per competitor · per rule · per seat. One plan, no packaged tiers full of features you will never touch.

The next step

Bring a CSV. Leave with a number.

Thirty minutes with someone who can answer the technical questions. Send an export beforehand and we will match a sample against the market and show you what we find, including if what we find is not very much.

Book 30 minutes

There is a €1 booking fee, refunded on your first invoice or straight back to your card. It keeps the calendar clear, which is how we can promise you a human, not a form, within one business day.
